Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with all original tags and packaging included. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@alesiero.com and our team will guide you through the process. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and personal care items. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions about your specific item before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order separately once the return has been approved.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@alesiero.com and we will look into it immediately.
